This look gives you a bold color, but instead of a defined lip line, the color is smudged on purpose to melt the color just beyond your lip line. A high-shine gloss gives your lips a wet look, kind of like melting popsicles. It can take a bit of practice to get the smudging just right, so don’t attempt this look when you’re in a hurry or it may look messy instead of intentional.
